What if the AI gives a wrong answer? +
Every answer links to its source - your rep can verify in 5 seconds. If the answer is wrong, one click reports it to us; we improve the model and refund the query. In practice 92% of answers are correct first-shot, the rest - after a follow-up.
Can I add my own brands / private catalogs? +
Yes, on Pro and Enterprise. You upload the catalog (PDF, Excel, database), we index it in 3–5 business days. Your catalogs are visible only to your reps - never leak to other Mayster customers.
Are there per-rep limits? +
No. We bill by queries per company, not per seat. Add 5 or 50 reps - same price. We don't want you to limit who can use Mayster, because then it loses its point.
What if I exceed my query quota? +
You choose the policy: (1) auto-topup - we buy a top-up pack automatically; (2) soft-block - we block until end of cycle with a buy-pack option; (3) pay-as-you-go - overage goes on the invoice (1.00–2.00 PLN/query depending on plan). Default: auto-topup with consent.
